1. General Terms:
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 'No Cost EMI' offer ("Offer") facilitated by VAIR TRAINING'S DREAMMBA ("We", "Us", "Our") and the participating bank(s) ("Bank").
1.2. By choosing to avail the Offer, you ("Customer", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. The Offer is open only to customers who make a transaction using a credit or debit card issued by the Bank.
2.2. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for the Offer.
3. The Offer:
3.1. Under the Offer, Customers may purchase eligible products by paying in monthly installments at no extra cost ("EMI").
3.2. The Bank will charge the EMI on your credit or debit card, and your card limit will be reduced by the outstanding amount.
4. Customer Responsibilities:
4.1. You agree to pay the EMI as charged by the Bank in a timely manner according to the Bank's billing cycle.
4.2. You understand that failure to pay the EMI may result in penalties or charges imposed by the Bank, for which VAIR TRAINING'S DREAMMBA will not be liable.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
5.1. All transactions under the Offer are final. VAIR TRAINING'S DREAMMBA does not process refunds or cancellation once the transaction is made. All sales are final.
5.2. In the event of any discontinuation or cancellation of the training by the Customer, the Customer will still be liable to pay the remaining EMI to the respective Bank.
6. Liability:
6.1. We are not liable for the payment of any unpaid amount by the Customer to the Bank.
6.2. We are not responsible for any disputes between you and the Bank regarding EMI payments or refunds.
7. Indemnity:
7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your failure to comply with these Terms or your failure to pay the EMI to the Bank.
8. Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
By proceeding with the transaction, you indicate your understanding of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them.
VAIR TRAINING'S DREAMMBA offers 'No Cost EMI' with final, non-refundable transactions and the customer is liable for EMI payments to the bank, even after training discontinuation.
VAIR TRAINING'S DREAMMBA is not liable for unpaid EMIs or bank disputes in any case.
